After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days.

We shall send you an email and sms containing a link with courier no for you to keep track. Normally, we use Airpak, Postlaju or GDEX.

We accept payment by debit and credit card visa/mastercard, paypal and bank transfer online.

If you’ve decided to return the item, you must comply with the following :

1. Within 10 days upon receiving the goods.
2. You need to fill-up and online form. Click here.
3. The original invoice still available.
4. The goods still in original condition with the tag.

For any purchase above MYR80, it will be free of charge. Otherwise, we shall charge courier cost Klang Valley MYR5 and rest of Malaysia/Singapore MYR8 per parcel.
